HOW TO LOCATE YOUR CAT C15 ENGINE SERIAL NUMBER
You can find your Cat c15 ENGINE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ENGINE TAG OR STAMPED INTO THE BLOCK
The engine data is usually found on the driver’s side, near the valve cover. The engine data plate contains the name of the manufacturer, the model of the engine, the engine serial number, and the arrangement number. The engine serial number may be found stamped into the engine block, located behind the compressor.

We need your engine number and this tag does not give us enough information to find your replacement engine. This is the EPA tag. It may have your engine model number, but we need both your model and serial number in order to quote you accurately and fairly.
