What information is needed to receive a quote?

In order to best assist our customers in finding the right piece of equipment, please have the following information available: MFG model number of equipment, engine model number, year, horsepower, engine serial number, AR or CPL number and application.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide! Diesel Sales ships engines all over the world. We arrange all freight and can crate your engines for export.

What is a core deposit?

A core deposit is a dollar amount we hold until the customer returns their old engine to us. The core deposit will be refunded once the engine is received and complete with all components. The engine must turn 360 degrees with no holes or cracks for a full return of original core deposit.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our good running, remanufactured and new engines come with a warranty. Our Reman Engine Warranty is 1 year or 2,000 hours. Limited Parts and Labor Warranty. OEM New Warranty by the Manufacturer. On New Surplus Engines, we offer a one year parts warranty.

How long does it take to rebuild an engine?

What is New Surplus?

Our New Surplus Engines were purchased from companies that bought more than needed. Therefore, these engines became surplus to their needs while the original warranty has expired. Diesel Sales offers a minimum of a six-month warranty for all new surplus engines.

What makes your remanufactured engines different than other companies?

All of our remanufactured engines are rebuilt to meet or exceed OEM specifications. All remanufactured engines are dyno tested prior to shipment, and come with a parts and labor warranty.

What is the significance of DYNO testing?

Diesel Sales dyno tests all remanufactured engines to ensure field readiness prior to shipment and of equipment. This ensures all rebuilt equipment is ready to go to work for our customers.
